How does The Workplace Sampling Network work?
The Workplace Sampling Network is a free-to-join network for office managers and workplace representatives across the UK. Once you've registered your workplace with us, we'll send you tailored campaign invitations by email whenever we have samples that are relevant to your office. Each invitation gives you the chance to opt in or opt out - you're never automatically enrolled into a sampling campaign, and you only ever receive the samples you've chosen. It's workplace sampling entirely on your terms.
What kind of samples will my office receive?
The samples we send are targeted specifically to workplace audiences, so they're chosen with offices in mind - think everyday products that working people actually use. We use the information you provide at registration to make sure your sampling invitations are as tailored and relevant as possible to your team. The more we know about your workplace, the better we can match you with the right campaigns.
Is there a minimum office size to join?
We welcome workplaces of all sizes, though some of our sampling campaigns do have a minimum number of samples per office delivery. Where a campaign minimum isn't met by your office headcount, you simply won't be invited to that particular activation - but you'll still be part of the network and eligible for other targeted campaigns that are a better fit for your workplace.
How do I keep my office details up to date?
Keeping your workplace details current means your sampling invitations stay targeted and relevant. If your office moves, your team size changes, or you'd like to update your preferences, simply get in touch with us at hello@workplacesampling.com and we'll update your profile. You can also unsubscribe from all sampling communications at any time using the link in any of our emails.
